Gear box operated butterfly valve, the valve is clamped between two pipeline flanges with double headed bolts.
The structure is compact, small in size, and light in weight. The transmission mechanism is a worm gear, usually installed at the top of the valve. The center of the valve stem, the center of the butterfly plate, and the center of the valve body are on the same axis, designed as a concentric structure.

Widely used in general industrial fields such as petroleum, gas, chemical, and water treatment, as well as in cooling water systems for thermal power plants. It can also be used in pipeline systems for industries such as metallurgy and municipal construction to cut off or control the flow of media such as air, water, steam, and oil.

The gear box (worm gear) significantly amplifies the manual torque, allowing operators to easily open and close large-diameter valves with minimal physical effort.
Yes, the valve is designed for bidirectional sealing, providing zero leakage regardless of the flow direction.
In a concentric design, the stem, plate, and body are all on the same axis. This simplifies the construction, reduces weight, and makes the valve more compact and cost-effective.
Yes, the gear boxes are typically made from durable materials like ductile iron or stainless steel, designed to withstand high humidity and industrial conditions.
The worm gear mechanism features a reverse self-locking function, which prevents the valve from changing position due to medium pressure, ensuring system stability.
It is widely used in petroleum, chemical processing, water treatment, power plants, and municipal construction for controlling water, air, steam, and oil.
