This pneumatic flanged metal-to-metal butterfly valve features hard alloy overlay sealing between disc and seat plus triple eccentric design for friction-free operation and self-tightening bidirectional zero leakage. With solid integrated flanged body and rack-and-pinion pneumatic actuator available in double or spring return type, it can be fitted with solenoid valves and positioners for remote automatic control. Its streamlined disc brings low flow resistance and large flow capacity, delivering outstanding resistance to high temperature and particle abrasion for severe service pipelines.
Metal-to-metal hard alloy seal resists high temperature and particle erosion, avoiding rubber aging and prolonging service life greatly.
Triple eccentric friction-free design realizes self-tightening sealing, achieving reliable bidirectional zero leakage at high differential pressure.
Robust flanged connection is vibration-proof; pneumatic actuator provides explosion-proof quick operation and convenient remote control with low maintenance cost.
Rack & pinion actuator realizes 90° quick on/off within 1~5s; spring return(air fail close) or double acting available, fitted with solenoid/positioner for remote cut-off and modulating control.
Standard export wooden case packaging is used to ensure the safety of the valve during international transit.
