The PTFE valve seat provides exceptional corrosion resistance. The valve body cavity, flange sealing surface, and critical components of the valve plate are fully coated with PTFE (or reinforced FEP) lining. This design effectively isolates corrosive media—such as strong acids, alkalis, oxidants, and organic solvents—from direct contact with the metal body, making it ideal for harsh chemical and electroplating environments.
1. Bidirectional Zero Leakage Seal
Utilizing a soft sealing structure, the PTFE valve seat is precisely aligned with the fluorine-lined valve plate. Combined with a symmetrical centerline design for force balance, the sealing performance achieves ANSI VI level, meeting strict zero leakage requirements for toxic or volatile media.
2. Lightweight and Efficient Operation
The midline structure ensures symmetrical force distribution during rotation, significantly reducing torque. Manual operation is effortless, and when automated with pneumatic or electric actuators, response times are fast (pneumatic closing usually ≤ 2 seconds).
3. Structural Stability and Anti-Jamming
The valve stem features a stainless steel integrated structure, with medium-contact parts covered in fluoroplastic to prevent rust and erosion. A pin-less connection process between the plate and stem eliminates gaps and prevents jamming.
All products are packed in standard export-grade wooden cases to ensure safety during international transit.
Widely used for pipeline control of corrosive media such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, and chlor-alkali, as well as wastewater treatment and exhaust gas recovery systems.
