Explore our premium industrial-grade butterfly, gate, and check valves designed for high-pressure municipal and processing networks.
Understanding the fluid dynamics, mechanical tolerances, and architectural design parameters that guarantee long-cycle reliability in critical piping infrastructures.
Concentric (resilient-seated) designs align the shaft directly in the center of the disc and body, making them ideal for water-related, low-pressure networks. In contrast, double and triple eccentric (triple offset) designs shift the shaft axis off-center. This design minimizes seat wear by enabling the disc to disengage completely from the seal within milliseconds of opening, thereby significantly reducing operating torque and expanding the valve's lifespan in high-pressure steam, natural gas, and hydrocarbon systems.
The operational environment dictates the choice of materials. For aggressive chemical media, we utilize full PTFE/TFM lining or ASTM A351 CF8/CF8M stainless steel bodies. For municipal water mains and standard industrial utilities, high-tensile Ductile Iron (GGG40/50) or cast steel (WCB) bodies with fusion-bonded epoxy coatings (minimum 250 microns thickness) offer the optimal balance of mechanical strength and atmospheric corrosion resistance.
Our Quality Assurance program enforces testing to strict standards like API 598 and EN 12266-1 Rate A. By implementing strict bubble-tight air tests and high-pressure hydrostatic tests on every unit before shipment, we ensure our flanged butterfly valves perform reliably even in surge-prone water lines. This design also prevents reverse flows and protects downstream components like pumps and instruments.

From CAD simulation and structural analysis to computerized testing benches, we maintain strict quality control at every phase of production.
Why sourcing industrial valves from China’s premier industrial clusters offers unparalleled cost efficiency, rapid scaling, and logistical advantages.
Our production facilities are situated in the center of China's premier industrial valve cluster. This location gives us direct access to high-capacity steel and ductile iron foundries, specialized polymer manufacturers, sealing suppliers, and surface treatment experts. This integrated supply chain reduces component transport times and reduces raw material procurement costs, allowing us to maintain stable pricing.
By investing in automated horizontal machining centers, CNC lathes, and automated epoxy powder coating lines, we maintain uniform quality across high-volume production runs. Minimizing manual intervention allows us to match the tight mechanical tolerances required for ISO 5211 actuator mounting pads, ensuring drop-in compatibility with global actuator brands.
Our proximity to Ningbo and Shanghai ports provides direct access to global shipping routes. With container packing operations handled directly at our facility, we can coordinate and load shipments efficiently. This streamlined process reduces inland transit times, helping us deliver finished products to global project sites on schedule.
How we ensure quality, efficiency, and reliability throughout our partnership.
We supply products under our own independent brand 'KR' and also offer OEM services for valve manufacturers and project distributors globally, maintaining long-term partnerships with leading industry brands.
Our facilities are equipped with 15 specialized machining centers and structured assembly lines. Every technician on our team brings years of practical industrial valve manufacturing experience.
We produce 20 distinct valve series spanning over 500 catalog items, allowing us to supply both standard international designs and custom non-standard valves tailored to your requirements.
By managing and monitoring key production stages in-house—from machining to testing and coating—we can maintain competitive wholesale pricing.

A closer look at how KR Valve systems perform under pressure across diverse infrastructure projects worldwide.
The industrial valve sector is shifting toward smart automation, reduced emissions, and predictive maintenance capabilities.
The next generation of flanged butterfly valves will feature integrated sensor arrays. By monitoring torque, stem alignment, and local pressure profiles, these smart systems can transmit diagnostic data to plant operators. This feedback enables predictive maintenance, helping to schedule service before a leak occurs.
We are also focusing on reducing fugitive emissions. Our R&D team is refining stem sealing designs to meet strict environmental standards, including ISO 15848-1 Class AH. These sealing configurations minimize micro-leakage around the valve stem in hazardous chemical environments.
Additionally, we are expanding our lines of pneumatic and hydraulic cylinder-operated butterfly valves. These systems are engineered for fast closure speeds and high cycle rates, meeting the safety requirements of modern industrial processes.
We engineer our valves to comply with national and regional standards worldwide, helping to streamline your import and engineering approval processes.
For municipal water installations across North America, our resilient seated butterfly valves are designed to meet AWWA C504 standards. They feature certified structural wall thicknesses, high shaft diameters, and EPDM elastomers certified for drinking water applications.
We supply valves in compliance with European Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) 2014/68/EU. Each valve is marked with pressure ratings, heat numbers, and traceability codes, ensuring complete material documentation for European projects.
Our industrial valves carry EAC certifications, validating their structural integrity and low-temperature sealing performance for chemical and natural gas projects throughout the Eurasian Economic Union.
To reduce downtime, we provide localized support programs for spare parts, supplying replacement elastomer seals, O-rings, stems, and replacement gears directly to regional distributors.
