For resilient-seated gate valves, the gate plate generally features full encapsulation. Its rubber sealing surface uses elastic deformation to offset small sealing surface irregularities, ensuring a zero-leakage seal. Additionally, the valve stem is sealed with three layers of O-rings for reliable prevention of medium seepage.
Flange connection or welding connection can be used, and the installation method supports horizontal, vertical or buried installation. The overall structure is compact and lighter in weight compared to hard-sealed gate valves, reducing installation difficulty and costs.
The gate adopts an integral rubber coating process. The sealing surface compensates for processing errors and wear through elastic deformation, achieving a bi-directional zero leakage effect, especially suitable for municipal tap water and sewage systems.
The flat-bottomed valve seat design is flush with the inner wall of the pipeline, preventing the accumulation of mud, stones, or fibers. This avoids opening/closing failures and reduces the frequency of cleaning and maintenance.
