The midline design significantly reduces the opening and closing torque, making manual operation more effortless. Pneumatic/electric drive has lower energy consumption and faster response (pneumatic opening and closing ≤ 2 seconds). The valve plate and valve stem are connected without pins, and flange disassembly and assembly do not require special tools. The lining layer can be repaired or replaced separately after wear, without the need to replace the valve body as a whole.
The flange connection is easy to disassemble and assemble, and vulnerable parts such as valve plates and seats can be replaced separately without the need to disassemble the valve body as a whole. After the lining layer wears out, it can be re-sprayed and repaired to reduce equipment maintenance costs and downtime.
