The ball valve has good sealing performance, the ball valve seat sealing ring is made of PTFE/RPTFE material, which can tightly fit with the ball and achieve good sealing. Moreover, the sealing force of the ball valve increases with the increase of medium pressure, and the sealing reliability is high.
Ball valves have the lowest fluid resistance among all valve types. Even with reduced diameter ball valves, their fluid resistance is quite small, effectively reducing energy loss of the medium in the pipeline.
The valve seat sealing ring is made of elastic material, which can tightly fit with the sphere and achieve good sealing. Moreover, the sealing force of the ball valve increases with the increase of medium pressure, and the sealing reliability is high.
The switch is quick, and only the valve stem needs to be rotated 90° to complete the opening and closing action. It is easy to achieve fast opening and closing, and the operating torque is small, making it convenient for manual operation or automation control.
