The structure of double port exhaust valve is usually composed of valve body, floating ball, exhaust nozzle, etc. The floating ball is mostly stainless steel, offering long service life, safety, and reliability for industrial pipeline systems.
When the pipeline is filled with water, the main port discharges accumulated gas instantly (up to 150 l/min for DN 100), eliminating air resistance and pressure instability.
Micro continuous exhaust:During normal operation, the auxiliary port automatically discharges dissolved gas to prevent gas plugs and cavitation.
Integrates rapid exhaust, micro exhaust, and negative pressure air replenishment in a single unit, reducing installation and fault points.
Pure mechanical structure:No electrical components required. Adaptive action by floating ball ensures performance in humid or high-temperature environments.
