The valve stem and gate are rigidly connected (T-shaped groove+bolt/pin shaft) to prevent damage to the sealing surface caused by gate shaking.
The valve body and valve cover are connected by flanges, and there is no need to disassemble the entire valve during maintenance. Only the valve cover needs to be removed to replace internal components such as gate plates, seals, and packing; The packing box supports online replacement of packing, which does not affect the normal operation of the pipeline and significantly reduces maintenance costs.
