Core components such as valve body, valve disc, rocker, etc. are preferably made of 304 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel, 316L stainless steel, or duplex stainless steel materials.
The dense passivation film formed on the surface can resist the erosion of weak acids, weak bases, salt spray, seawater, and organic solvents. Compared with cast iron and cast steel valves, it can effectively avoid problems such as valve body corrosion and medium pollution, and is suitable for complex corrosion conditions.
The tensile strength of stainless steel material is ≥ 520MPa, and its mechanical properties are stable in the temperature range of -40 ℃ ~ 600 ℃. It can withstand the impact of high-pressure media and long-term erosion of high-temperature media, and is not easily deformed or cracked.
316L stainless steel and other materials have high surface smoothness, no pores, and do not adsorb impurities, meeting the hygiene standards of industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, and drinking water, and will not cause secondary pollution to the medium.
