For resilient-seated gate valves, the gate plate generally features full encapsulation. Its rubber sealing surface uses elastic deformation to offset small sealing surface irregularities, ensuring a zero-leakage seal. Additionally, the valve stem is sealed with three layers of O-rings for reliable prevention of medium seepage.
Flange connection or welding connection can be used, and the installation method supports horizontal, vertical or buried installation, adapting to different engineering layouts. The overall structure is compact, and compared to hard sealed gate valves of the same diameter, it is lighter in weight, reducing the difficulty and cost of installation and hoisting. Corrosion resistant and wear-resistant, with a long service life.
The gate adopts an integral rubber coating process, and the rubber sealing surface can compensate for processing errors, pipeline stress deformation, and wear caused by medium impurities through elastic deformation, achieving a bi-directional zero leakage sealing effect. Even under low pressure conditions, it can effectively block medium leakage, especially suitable for municipal pipelines such as tap water and sewage that require strict leak prevention.
The bottom of the valve body adopts a flat bottomed valve seat design, which is flush with the inner wall of the pipeline, without grooves or dead corners, and is not easy to accumulate impurities such as mud, stones, fibers, etc., which can avoid valve opening and closing failure caused by impurity blockage. For conveying systems containing impurities such as sewage and rainwater, it can significantly reduce the frequency of valve disassembly and cleaning, and reduce the workload of operation and maintenance.
