The gate plate of a resilient-seated gate valve typically employs an integral encapsulation process. The rubber sealing face is capable of compensating for minor imperfections on the sealing interface via elastic deformation, thereby achieving zero leakage. Meanwhile, a triple-layered O-ring seal is fitted around the valve stem, providing highly effective protection against medium leakage.
The large-diameter design is suitable for large flow transmission needs such as main pipelines and pump stations. When fully open, the gate completely separates from the flow channel, ensuring a straight-through path. The fluid resistance coefficient is extremely low, effectively reducing the energy consumption of pump stations and long-term operating costs. The flat bottom design prevents debris accumulation, ensuring smooth liquid flow.
Constructed from ductile iron with epoxy resin powder coating on all surfaces, the valve body is highly resistant to acids, alkalis, and harsh environments. The stainless steel valve stem and multiple O-rings prevent rusting and jamming. The wear-resistant EPDM or NBR rubber sealing layer offers excellent anti-aging performance, significantly extending service life.
Large specifications can be equipped with electric or pneumatic actuators for automated remote control. The optimized valve stem sealing structure reduces friction for easier manual operation. It also supports replacing the sealing ring under pressure without system downtime, ensuring continuous operation.
